SAMPLE RECIPES
These are 3 of the 6 bracketed recipes described in Condition below.
Salmon Quiche
1 lb salmon, drained
1 Tbsp parsley flakes
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
3 medium eggs
3/4 cup evaporated skim milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp onion powder
Lightly mix salmon and parsley. Place in 9-inch pie plate. Top with cheese. Combine eggs with evaporated skim milk, salt and onion powder. Pour over salmon. bake at 350-degrees for 45 minutes.

Carrot Salad
3 cup carrots
1 cup raisins
1 cup chunk pineapple, drained
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 Tbsp sugar
Grate carrots fine. Add raisins, pineapple, marshmallows and sugar. Blend in salad dressing until ingredients are well-coated. Chill 1 hour before serving.

Pumpkin Bread
2 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp baking soda
3 cup flour
2/3 cup water
1 cup oil, scant
2 cup pumpkin
Beat together sugar and eggs. Mix together salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda and flour. Add to sugar-egg mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Grease and flour 3 loaf pans. Fill 1/2 full. Bake at 350-degrees for 1 hour. Test with toothpick.
