CREAM PUFFS
1/2 c butter
1 c boiling water
Heat together in heavy sauce pan. Add all at once: 1 c sifted flour (Gold Medal)
Stir until mixture clears the pan and forms into a ball, about 2 minutes. Add:
4 unbeaten eggs
Beat until smooth and velvety - about 5 minutes. Drop by spoonsful into a greased baking sheet, forming balls about the size of small oranges about 3 inches apart. Bake at 450-degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 400-degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
When cool, cut off tops and fill with whipped cream, ice cream or custard filling.

CRANBERRY CRUNCH SALAD
Pick over, rinse, drain and grind, 2 cups raw cranberries.
Stir in:
3/4 cup sugar
Soak together for about 5 min.
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
Dissolve softened gelatin in:
1 cup boiling water
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Brush ring mold or salad mold with salad oil or rinse with cold water to prevent salad from sticking to mold. Chill until firm, allowing several hours.

Condition: Good/Acceptable, and I checked EVERY page to enter all the names! (I include ALL names in ALL fundraiser-type cookbooks because I know how frustrating it is to hope and wonder if specific contributors are included in a book, only to find out they’re not, upon receipt.) In addition to my notes in above 2nd paragraph ... Textured cardstock covers and pages are mostly clean - there is a small droplet on bottom of pages 36/37 on which lemon sponge pies, Boston cream pie, sugar pie, frozen lemon pie, pumpkin pie, pecan pie, apple crisp recipes are given. Covers and pages are tight to plastic-comb spiral binding; however, the upper part of spirals are defective in appearance only - pushed flat, on OUTSIDE only - cosmetically and functionally, one would never know it from the inside and does NOT hamper easy turning of pages or binding of the pages, thankfully. No tears, no chips, no dog-ears, all pages intact, no missing pages. Light wear to edges of covers, and a straightened surface crinkle to inside front cover. Please don’t let these flaws deter you from seizing this scarce book for posterity, the descendants, future generations of those who contributed the recipes! Books are NOT from smoke-free or pet-free environment. Email with questions or requests. Images are part of the description; please SUPERSIZE them for clarity.
2-pound securely packed in plastic and BOX to protect the spiral binding (not a flimsy clasped or bubble envelope!) Media/Bookrate mailing. BUYER pays ACTUAL mailing cost - NO HANDLING FEE ... SELLER pays USPS Delivery Confirmation and PayPal fees.
Seize this scarce book for posterity, the descendants, future generations of those who contributed the recipes ... this legacy may be all there is!

We do not offer refunds or exchanges .. . All sales are final.
These books/items are not new unless specified new … they are retro or vintage, and some may come with wear and/or smells. I go to extremes, perhaps, detailing each item attributes and flaws, if any. And I especially include SMOKE and PET clauses in all descriptions, so please don't email me asking if it smells of smoke because you may be able to smell better than I do.
Please read the description and condition carefully before buying … all sales final, unless I grossly and unintentionally erred or omitted. Questions or comments or requests for more/larger images, please contact me prior to purchasing … I care.
Please do not use my description to sell your book. It takes me hours, sometimes, to describe and list names/recipes/contents so you'll know exactly what you're buying.
