This is a gorgeous Ecru Off White Hand Crocheted Shawl Wrap Scarf.

Measurements are taken lying flat without being stretched. It is 30" long from neck to bottom in back. It is approximately 60" from end to end.

Scalloped Edging. I believe the pattern is the "Shell" pattern.
