Has one operational shoulder strap attached with metal clip, the other strap has had metal clip removed, so is attached only at one end. I have been looking into one strap attachments and see that this is normal. From another web-sit that sells these packs I see that these packs can "attach directly (with hooks, buckles and loops) to the Swiss Army M70 hooded field jacket as an integral cargo system".
One picture shows a bundle of packs, all in very nice condition. Ad is for one pack.
