Starting with the seat pad, 2” dual padded foam supports your body while in multiple positions. Flat, incline and decline positions allow the user to adjust to any position that fits their workout plan. Chrome uprights are adjustable for the incline position. Safety bar hooks add extra safety while changing weight plates. Rear plate storage pegs for convenience. Removable preacher curl bench pad with bar holder. Removable leg lift attachment. Over-all, this bench covers shoulders, legs, abs, arms, chest.
