It is a 30 quart liquid capacity cooker/canner with two racks. Standard jars approx 19 pints or 14 quarts. Wide mouth jars approx 16 pints or 14 quarts.

Hello, I am going to have to leave my store on vacation mode for a while...
The day before Thanksgiving, 2022, my husband had a very bad stroke. Once I have him home, (he is still in the hospital at this time and then hopefully, to rehab for a hundred days, all out of state), I will see if I can start selling again.

Returned checks: Are subject to a $25.00 returned check fee.
Cash: not recommended, we will not be responsible for cash payment, lost in mail.

Sales Tax: Will be collected on purchase for Arizona residents at 6.1%. The shipping cost is not calculated in the tax.
