Kit #1 - 9813 - Small Factory Building with Annex and Crane
280 x 170 x 160 mm / 11.0 x 6.7 x 6.3 in
This small brick building looks great adjacent to the larger
factory building, or standing by itself in an older industrial area.
It could also be used alone in a railroad maintenance facility.
The model includes a gantry crane, large vertical tank,
safety cage ladder, roof skylights, roof vents and chimneys.
Next to the 1-story annex is a large ground floor exhaust blower.
(not visible in picture).
I believe this kit includes some cargo items - not absolutely sure.
Kit #2 - 9814 - Large Factory Building
270 x 250 x 220 mm / 10.6 x 9.8 x 8.7 in
This vintage brick factory is ideal for any steam or diesel-era layout.
This kit contains many excellent wall and rooftop details.
Wall details include:
- Canopied Loading Dock
- Canopied Wall Storage Rack
- 3-Story Safety Cage Ladder
- Exhaust Blower
- Tall Vent Stack
- Various Window Vents
Also included are pallets, oil drums and other cargo items.
The back wall has 2 large vertical tanks

This set was purchased new from a retail hobby shop.
I am the only owner of these items.
The individual boxes are bundled together and shrink-wrapped by Kibri
with a separately applied label for the set.
