CONDITION: This booklet shows very minimal wear inside and out. Staples are intact and the inside pages look almost new. I had two of these booklets and sold the other that is the actual picture shown. The only difference in booklets is that the price shows it’s been removed on the right and a black smudge is smudged off on the left. No notes, tears or odors detected. (Periodically but not often there may be a name on the book or tiny notation that I may have unintentionally over looked)
