It has a medical advertisement for Diprolene cream on one side only. It has 1414 USA on the bottom and Banded in pink and blue, no chips or cracks,has one glaze skip inside as show in photo.
Stands 3 3/4 in tall, from spout to handle is 4 1/2 in.
