The Good Provider, H.J.Heinz and his 57 varieties hardback book. This fascinating biography follows Heinz from his early formation of the Heinz company to its blossoming into a world wide enterprise. Dated 1973 written by Robert C. Alberts and printed by Houghton Mifflin Company of Boston. Book measures about 9 ¼ inchs by 6 1/8 inches by 1 ¼ ihches thick, with 267 pages long. Book has many black and white photos from the early days of the plant, equipment used, and various locations of the buildings. Very nice readiing. Overall in excellent condition, showing only light wear from storage and handling.
