It is framed with an 13 1/2" x 19 1/2" gold Nielsen Bainbridge metal frame and v-grooved gold, black core mat.
I'm willing to negotiate offers on multiple tin proof purchases.
When I still had my brick and mortar gallery/frame shop back in Pennsylvania I used to frame hundreds of these tin proofs for the packaging manufacturer that made them (J.L.Clark). Then they would give the framed tin proofs back, as thank you gifts, to the companies that gave them the contracts to make the packaging.
Companies like Nabisco, Hershey, Wolfgang, Crayola, McCormick, Wrigley, etc., etc.
I have extra tin proofs in stock for all of the one's I've framed over the years.
I have several years of the Oreo tins framed (the 1997 Anniversary tin was the first year they only had the green tin, before that they had a red 'and' a green tin available). I also have at least one framed for Milk Bone Dog Biscuits, Stella D'oro Cookies, and others.
Before a tin is formed and made into what you see on the store shelves it is printed flat as a proof (see picture). The customer would be called in to approve or disapprove the way the tins would look. It's these proofs that I would frame for J.L. Clark. Sometimes I'd frame just the lids, sometimes the body of the tin, sometimes both.
