Advertised as a special limited offer and order form to purchase $5.75 for each 6-1/4” imported porcelain plate plus $1.25 postage and handling … smile, when was the last FIRST CLASS postage was THAT low to mail plates, so I suppose the booklet does have some age to it!? Booklet is a great reference for those who own these plates or who enjoy cheese collectibles!

ROQUEFORT AMBROSIA
Peal, halve and core four large ripe pears. Brush with lemon juice to prevent discoloration. Blend 4 oz. cream cheese, 2 oz. Roquefort, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard and 8 chopped pecans. Fill pears with the mixture and chill on a bed of lettuce. Makes a spectacular salad or cheese course.
