This is a really unique Bluebird and Bamboo salt and pepper shaker set. The bluebird's tail rest in a groove at the top of the bamboo ring and swings. It is very well made with no chips or crack that I can see. Both have their corks. On the bottom of the bamboo shaker, there is a circular blueish-green mark on the bottom that I am not familiar with but does say MADE IN JAPAN... above that looks like an Oriental archway over an R. There is also an old paper inventory label on the bottom of the bamboo shaker. The Bluebird has a blueish-green JAPAN mark on the bottom.
