How to Make Slippers' Pattern

Pattern is made using a graph or chart - I have included instructions on how to do this.
Excerpt from pattern: One day Mrs. Jackson got an idea. If she couldn't buy the type of slippers for which they were searching, why couldn't she make them?
The outer soles were made of a strong, long wearing duck material, and the inner soles were made of quilted, unbleached muslin. The remainder of the house slippers was made of blue quilted material.
The house slippers have several advantages. They can be tossed in the washing machine and laundered with the rest of the clothing and when it comes to packing your things for traveling, the slippers can be folded flat and packed in a suitcase.
Note: By adjusting the graph you can make any size.
