It was made when Bucilla produced its Christmas line.
When finished, it would make a unique handmade and collectible gift, or sell for a nice profit.
I opened the kit on the side, to be sure the pompon and needle were inside. I didn't see them through the factory sealed package.
I found them and taped both to the back on top, then sealed the side up with tape.
