RETURNS
We pride ourselves on our customer service and for that reason we will gladly consider returns provided an RMA number is requested via this site within three days of receipt of item, the item is subsequently mailed within five days of the RMA number being issued and the item is received by us in its original condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If these conditions are met a refund will be issued of the purchase price, minus the original shipping and handling.
