These seed crackers are uncooked; a raw food.
All ingredients are organic as per assurance from my local organic grocer.
The seed ingredients are presoaked in purified water. This allows the seeds to come alive and begin to sprout.
Mixed in with the soaked seeds is a mash of clean and fresh, whole, organic vegetables.
Then spread onto a dehydrator sheet, scored, and set to dry slowly over time.
I like to throw in a little Braggs and a small grind of Himalayan salt.
If you object to salt in your diet, I can leave it out or replace with powdered sea vegetables ($0.50 fee).
You should know, however, that Himalayan salt is special. It detoxifies.
