Marked on the underside: EB & Co, Foley China, English Bone China, Made in England, (hand painted) V24 Y2. The entire pattern is on the inside of the cup: pink, yellow, and purple flowers with gold trim. Gold trim on the lip, handle, and base. Beautiful!!
