Bring 2 litres of water to a rolling boil. Add Yew Chian Haw Kai Wei Soup ingredients together with 500 gm of meat (any kind) and bring to boil. Then lower heat to simmer till ingredients are tender and flavour is released. Add salt to taste. Dish up and serve hot. Serves 4 - 6 persons.
