This is a Currier & Ives called " The Homestead In Winter ". It is a beautiful colbalt blue with gold, light gray, and white. It has two gold rings on the handle, and top of the handle is also gold. The clapper is hanging from a chain, and rings with a loud, clear and sharp sound. It stands 5 1/8" x 3" across the scalloped bottom. There is a paper label on the inside. It will ship around 1 pound.

I always use a new or good box plus plenty of bubble wrap, peanuts, and 2" packing tape. In my nearly 7 years of shipping I have not had a broken piece yet. But, Most of the handling depends on the postal carrier. I place fragile labels on the box to notify the carrier of the contents.
The insurance charge for this item is $ 1.70 and not included in the stated shipping quote.
