On Hold Heisey Standing Pony with Diamond H Hallmark

This little Heisey glass crystal horse "Standing Pony" is almost 5" tall with hallmark, a tiny H inside a diamond, not Imperial Glass Co. This pattern made from 1949-1952? I can not feel or see any chips, dings, cracks or repairs. Will need cleaning I have no idea what it is on the base, see pix.
