I'm not a professional book grader but I have examined this magazine and would say that it is in VERY FINE/NEAR MINT condition! The cover has some printing errors along the edges. In spite of this defect, this would be a wonderful addition to any X-FILES collection.

This book comes from a non-smoking environment and has been bagged and carefully stored in an archival box. It will be bagged in plastic and protected with cardboard for shipping.
