On Hold "Independence Hall" with Rooster on top Trivet Circa 1960s

The nice picture, the name, Independence Hall, across the bottom and the scroll paper border on the ceramic part of this trivet are set off with a rooster atop it. The overall size is 9” tall by 6” wide. Made in Japan imprinted on the back of the tile and ARTMARK Japan stamped into the top and bottom of the back. The small red and gold seal say “Imported – ENESCO –Japan
This trivet is for setting pots on or displaying on your walls. It is either wrought iron or metal with the front parts painted over in a dark blue.
