This book was published by the G.P. PUTNAM'S SONS in Berkeley Publishing Group in 2000. It is the HARDBACK edition. I am not a professional book grader but I would consider this book to be in NEW NEVER BEEN READ CONDITION. The cover jacket shows very little wear. There is a bit of bumping around the edges and a very small tear on the lower right hand corner and a bit of crumpling on the upper spine area. This book has never been read and any wear would be attributable to shelf wear. The pages are crisp, clean and complete. I would consider this to be a great gift or a wonderful addition to any Patricia Cornwell collection. This book comes from a non-smoking environment and has been stored in an archival box. It will be bagged and wrapped in cardboard when shipped.
