This item is a MICKEY MOUSE PENCIL TOPPER! It is a soft vinyl figure of MICKEY MOUSE in a CHEF’S CAP and APRON. He is holding a rolling pin. On the bottom it has copyright DISNEY ARCO CHINA. It measures approximately 3 ½"x 2". I’ve examined it closely and have found some paint missing on his chef’s hat and some paint mission around his ears and the back of the hat, and his wrists. In spite of these defects, I would consider this item to be in VERY GOOD condition! This would make a prefect gift for any MICKEY MOUSE collector. It has been carefully stored in an archival box, and comes from a non-smoking environment. It is bagged and will be carefully packaged in cardboard when shipped!
