This is an extremely Rare 1915 Hardcover Edition of "The Neutrality of Belgium: A Study of the Belgian case under it's Aspects in Political History and International Law" written by Alexander Fuehr and published by Funk & Wagnalls Company. The book includes an account of the historical, political and legal aspect of Belgium's neutrality during WWI and includes a preface by the author and a Fac-Simile reproduction of the "Brussels Documents".
