Cat Welcome Plaque. Made of Plaster on leather hanger. 9" tall by 7" wide done in bas relief, with Ginger striped cat and yellow bird in tree scene with welcome spelled out on top. Made by Spoontiques. Excellent condition, minor scuffs on outer frame. Could easily be hung on front door outside welcoming all your guests to your cat house! (Only a cat collector would appreciate that joke). Not Suitable for children.
