INSURANCE: Insurance of $2.00 should also be included if desired.

PAYMENT: Payments made via PayPal will only be accepted if you have a "Confirmed Address" and will only be shipped to the "Confirmed Address". All others must make payment via money order, cashier's check, personal checks (held for clearance) or cash sent via Registered Mail. There is a $35 fee for returned checks. Please contact me within the three day period from purchase if payment has not been made via PayPal within that timeframe. Payment is expected within seven days of purchase.
