On Hold Antique Victorian Enamel Mourning Brooch

This small antique oval pin measures almost 1" across. White enamel mourning brooches are a little rarer--they were reserved for the young unmarried. The motif of the memorial wreath makes the meaning clear. The white enamel is somewhat uneven in application, but is undamaged. Original c-clasp closure. Very good condition.
