Animated Cackling Witch - Halloween - Brand New with Tags

Just in time for Halloween. This witch is brand new with tags and is ANIMATED. She is wearing a purple dress, black apron with a brown ruffle and black stockings and shoes. Of course she wouldn't be a witch with out the pointy black hat. I left her broom wrapped up to protect it until she arrives at her final destination. She has an on/off switch under her dress. When you turn the switch on, she starts to cackle, her eyes light up neon green and her feet start to kick back and forth!
