It is new but has some scuffs.

sugar & creamer set is unbreakable, dishwasher safe, boil-proof Polyethylene & stain resistant.

The sugar bowl has handy finger tabs, snug fitting cover with big knob.

Creamer holds full 8 oz. no drip pouring spout...easy to hold handle has flat top for secure thumb grip.

They were made by Columbus Plastic Products, Inc., Columbus,Ohio.
