This is a very colorful clown outfit. Its made with 6 alternating panels of vivid stripes and large polka dots in all the primary colors. The hat is made with the striped fabric and his big, bowtie is separate from the outfit. When my goose was a clown I pinned mylar balloons to his wings, then he was extra cute.
