Thomas Kinkade Lights of Liberty Framed Plate

This is the Thomas Kinkade “Lights of Liberty” plate that was the first issue for the “Seasons of Light” series in 2000. This plate was a limited edition & was the White House Christmas 2000 Commemorative Edition. It measures 9 & 1/4 inches in diameter without the frame. The frame measures 12 inches from the backside. There are 3 braces on the backside that swivel to hold the plate in place & a hook to hang it from. The frame is trimmed in gold & was offered thru Van Hygan & Smythe, a part of the Bradford Exchange. Item is in mint condition with no nicks, chips or cracks. This is number 2405A & comes with a COA.
