I was unable to find this piece listed in any of my books. I am fairly certain is is Pekin Blue from the 1930's though. The decoration is flowers with leaves that have been highlighted with a dull gold paint. The piece stands 3" tall and 6" wide. It way have been a whimsey. The condition is excellent.
