Before Returning an Item:

Damaged or Defective Items During Transit:

For damaged items, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. To initiate the process, we may request photos and/or videos of the damaged item. Faulty Items:

Change of Mind Returns:
You may return items for a refund or replacement within 14 days, provided they are in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will exclude the original postage, handling fees, and a 5% administration fee. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Typical delivery times are 2-3 business days within Victoria, 3-5 business days within NSW, QLD, and SA, and 7-10 business days within TAS, WA, and NT.
