The last blank page is torn out and missing. The pages are yellowed due to aging. A few pages have some markings or underlining, but is still fully readable.

The edges of the book are discolored due to aging. In the middle of the book, the pages are separated from the binding, but no individual loose pages. The previous owner wrote on one of the blank pages.
