HOW TO USE

Sweep medium eyeshadow shades on the lid and apply deeper hues in the crease. Position mascara wand horizontally at the base of lashes and apply Double Decker Lashes Mascara in a zig-zag motion from root-to-tip to get every lash for full curl, length and definition. Apply Union Jack Black Eye Pencil along lash line and immediately blend as desired for long-lasting, all day wear.
