•Base measures 12"x 12"/brick front building measures 6" high/smokestack is 8" high
•Six pallets/4 barrels/weathered 2x4's/newspapers included
•"Cracker Jack Palace" sign loose/you, the new owner decides to hang or toss it
•Custom built chain-link fence/gates open-close
•This set is not a kit, never was-all custom and scratch built
•The pictures DO NOT really do the scene any justice
•Always looks better in person to my eye
•When I build these, I place myself there in the scene.......

...also, two favorites during my youth, Cracker Jacks and George Harrisons song "Crackerbox Palace"
