We use the USPS to ship all our products. Generally First Class Mail is our choice as it is the best bang for the buck. On orders that weigh more than 13 ounces we will use Priority Mail. Fear not; we will use the best option to get your product to you based on cost and time.
We accept items for exchange within 7 days of delivery notification to the address you provided. Customer pays all return shipping fees.
The item must be returned in new unused condition in the original box/envelope/bag and with all the paperwork to insure full credit. “New and unused” means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the item; no signs of wear on the product.
When we receive the original item in satisfactory condition, we will send out your replacement.
