Condition: Covers & Pages are Good. I checked EVERY page to enter all the names! (I include ALL names in ALL fundraiser-type cookbooks because I know how frustrating it is to hope and wonder if specific contributors/recipes are included in a book, only to find out they’re not, upon receipt.) Covers (only the slightest spot & corner areas wear on back cover & upturn of corner-tips on front cover above/below spiral), pages are clean with no tears or chips (a few semi dog-ear corners), no highlighting. Only writing is on page 153 a pencil check mark & “very crumbly” at Russian Teacakes recipe and on page 155 pencil check mark at Pecan Tarts recipes. Do Not Buy This Book IF the art descriptions/sketches are your main purpose of purchase ... some are missing. Also, other pages appear missing because of chronological missing page numbers at bottom of pages BUT there are no recipes listed in the Index for those “missing” pages. Therefore, could very well be printing errors & omissions, and not missing pages from previous owner . . . so I’ve listed this cookbook at a discounted price, despite it taking me just as many HOURS to enter the names/recipes as my other fundraiser-type higher priced cookbooks. These books/items are not new unless specified new … they are retro or vintage, and some may come with wear and/or smells. I go to extremes, perhaps, detailing each item attributes and flaws, if any. And I especially include SMOKE and PET clauses in all descriptions, so please don't email me asking if it smells of smoke because you may be able to smell better than I do.
