Book is over 118 years old. Some slight damage to the top of the spine and the bottom of the spine. There is a small stain on the front cover. No Tears. No Rips. Pages are yellowed from age.

Mr. Woodhouse was a prominent banker and political figure in the late 1800's in Bloomington, Wisconsin.
