Recommended Use:
Adults: 1 scoop (2 teaspoons) is equivalent to 5 grams of ribose. Normal dosage is 5 grams D-ribose taken two times a day with the morning and evening meals. A third dose may be added at mid-day as needed or as recommended by a healthcare professional. Corvalen granular powder may be dissolved in 2 oz. or more of juice or liquid or sprinkled over other foods of choice. Do not mix with milk or carbonated beverages. Continued use is required to maintain the benefits of Corvalen M.
Alternative dosage: 1 scoop 30 minutes before and just after exercise or physical activity.
