Returns are accepted postmarked within 14 days of the date received notice. For US customers, return shipping must be paid by the buyer, and the item must be in the same condition in which I sent it. I take pictures of all my wreaths before shipping. I would appreciate an email before returning an item to let me know what you are unhappy about the item, since it may be something that is easily corrected without returning it. If you decide you want to return it to exchange for a different color or style, you can do that, but you must still return the wreath in the same condition it was sent, and pay for return shipping, I will pay for the shipping to send the exchanged wreath back to you, If for whatever reason you decide that you just don't want your wreath once you get it, you can return it (postmarked within 14 days of the date received notice) for a full refund of the purchase price, but the conditions above will apply.
International customers please note - the above returns and exchanges, as far as shipping cost are concerned, applies to US orders only. International customers can still exchange their wreath, but must pay all shipping charges to and from, and when requesting a return for a refund, I do not refund shipping costs, items must be returned in the condition I send them. Welcome - I make all my wreaths myself, the wreaths listed are all wreaths that I have made as custom orders and kept the design as part of my portfolio of designs. I love doing custom orders, any of the wreaths, and circlets listed can be customized, changed, or made completely over to match a special event or outfit you may have. The cost of a custom design will be comparable to a wreath listed that is close to the design you would like, I can help you figure that out if you are unsure. Also available is the addition of special things such as, crystals, gems, beads, charms, rhinestones, glitter and glitter dust, etc. Some of those things will add to the cost depending on the item, there may be some wreaths listed that include those thing to get an idea, if not I can send you a picture of some. I have hundreds of designs, but only list a few different styles at a time.
One more little thing I'd like to add, whenever I make someone a custom design that is different from others I've made, I give that person the option of naming that wreath design, all my wreaths were named that way, it's a special way for me to honor the special person who took the time to create a new design with me, and that name will stay with that design for as long as I continue to make it. No pressure though, for those that choose not to name their wreath, I give that option to next person who falls in love with the design and purchases it.
