Beautiful 17" porcelain doll by Seymour Mann Victorian style dressed in lavish brocades, satin's and lace, in colors of sage, ecru and burgundy accents, very lavish decorated hat and parasol. She is stamped on  back of neck and has her original hand tag. See photos. Recommended for adult collector.
