This reselected strain of the "Imperial" type is recognized worldwide as the best for drying. We also thought it the best for fresh cuts, with a productive branching habit.

SOWING: Outdoors (recommended) - Early spring for summer bloom or fall for bloom the following year. Soil temps. above 55ºF (13ºC) greatly reduce germination. Support recommended.

PLANT SPACING: 4-6".

HARDINESS ZONES: Annual.

HARVEST: Fresh - 2-3 basal flowers open on up to 1/3 of stem. Dried - flowers on stem are open but before petals drop.
