From what I can tell, the condition of the creamer is used with no chips, scratches, cracks, breaks, knicks or discolorations. The price of the creamer is $15.00 which includes FREE SHIPPING in the USA.

Shipping Policy
Shipping, including international shipping, is available to anywhere in the world, most usually thru my local post office. If international shipping is required, payment is required before I send out your order. Local pick-up in the Muncy, PA area is also available :)
Return/Exchange Policy
30 days :) If an item arrives damaged, if it is insured, I will make available to you the receipt number and all other info needed so you can long onto the USPS web site and file a claim with them :)
