As a hobby I have collected over the years many Apple II items (mostly from eBay in its early years) and they are taking up space. To make room for my family I have sold some items here a while ago and I am now selling more of them. My first computer was an Apple II+ clone and so I know something about these items. I'll try to answer questions to the best of my knowledge.
This is the Apple SCSI Active Termintor (model M3503LL/A) from Apple Computer circa 1992. This is a pass through terminator with 50-pin Centronics male / female connectors on each side. In general, active termination is used for Fast SCSI systems or systems with devices that are more than three feet from the SCSI controller. One terminator is required at each end of the SCSI chain to minimize electrical interference on the SCSI chain (I've two for sale here). You could find Apple's guide on connecting SCSI devices to your computer here. A historic item great for the Apple II collectors and enthusiasts.
Includes: New SCSI active terminator (Packaged in Taiwan) in sealed package. See Appleās description of the active terminator here.
Item is sold AS IS. No return or exchange. PayPal payment ONLY. Item is actually located in Hong Kong. Shipment by Hong Kong Post uninsured airmail to US is $12. Other locations please enquire.
