Plantation Teak
Our FSC certified Plantation Teak comes from trees harvested from an actual plantation of younger Teak trees. Since we only use the heartwood of the tree, it has all the same qualities of old growth Burmese Teak but it is a little lighter in color.
Minimal Maintenance Required
While Teak is naturally resistant to bacteria and mildew, you may still see a build-up of soap residue and mineral or other impurities from your water. Therefore we strongly recommends performing routine cleanings when you clean your shower or bathroom.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING POLICY
Over Night Delivery and Two-Day Delivery items will be shipped by the requested method of delivery after your order has been processed. Items should ship same day within our business hours of order placement. Out of stock items should ship by the requested method within twenty-four hours of being received by the warehouse.
It is the customer responsibility to track his order and make sure he receive it on time especially next day and 2nd day, we do email tracking number the day we ship your order, make sure to check you spam box or contact us if you did not receive email with tracking information.
In case of air service delay we will refund the shipping charge base on when it been deliver, if it been in 3 days instate 2nd day you will be credit the different of 2nd day to 3rd day charges.
GENERAL DELIVERY POLICY
By use of this site, customers authorize the carrier to leave a package at the destination delivery address without obtaining a signature if the carrier driver deems the location to be safe. Customers who are not able to locate the package that is claimed as delivered must follow the instructions for filing a claim listed below under the heading "Incorrect Delivery and Lost Package Claims."

USPS - for some state like Hawaii, Alaska, Porto Rico, Virgin Island and some specific zone that USPS delivering better delivery time we will use the Post Office, Canada and International we mostly use USPS.
Please note that Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes.
