This listing is for Stocking Flowers Sheer Creations An Easy Guide To Enjoy Your Own Flower Arrangements magazine that was published in 1984 in excellent new condition. There are 16 pages (counting back cover).
This paper back book of 16 pages) measures 11" x 8". It contains simple instructions for making realistic looking flowers out of nylon material. Apparently originally they could only make flowers using varying shades of tan (the color of stockings), but then some enterprising person began to market colored nylon, and the nylon bouquet was born.
I have noticed that over the last few years you can buy sheer nylons in various beautiful colors in the shops, obviously "what goes around comes around".
