this is a new kit...........includes the meter and case......... a DELICA lancing device.....10 lancets & 10 verio test strips....owners manual and getting started guide..box shows an exp date of 8/31/19...what this means is that the batteries are likely weak......either the test strips or lancets or both may be beyond their shelf life date......... ..this meter is getting harder to find..box is in good condition....some fraveled edges on the top corners.....the box is factory sealed........free returns if there are any issues other than expired lancets ,strips or weak batteries...........this meter will read the one touch verio test strips...also uses color sure technology.........send a message for an exact intl shipping quote.......
